Fake Jumpsuit(featured DIY Denim skirt part2)

So finally, the second way to wear my denim skirt is up.
Tons of Schoolwork are killing me recently, and final exam is coming so so so soon!
I will be super busy, probably gone for few weeks.
And right now what I am struggling the most is about how to balance between my study and fashion, I just kinda losing the balance.
this is so hard, its so difficult not to think about fashion, but study is what I most need to do.
What am I gonna do?I am still figuring it out:/

So back to this look, I wear the skirt as a top with the off shoulder white shirt underneath,
I think blue and white is kinda a perfect match, isnt it?
and when I was searching for a skirt to pair wif that,
the blue jeans came out in my mind suddenly, so I was like "Lets just make a jumpsuit!"
so this look came out.
and lastly, I belted the "top" with the neon green(or yellow lol?) belt to keep the waist line.
so thats it, hope you like my look:)

outfit: Denim skirt DIY,blue jeans for H&M,other from random boutiues

I did a shoot with the talented photopgrapher Javier, who is actually the friend of Caro.
It was so much fun, and I cant wait to share the photos! so Stay tuned!

DIY denim skirt

Well, finally I turned the denim cloth(post of that, here.) officailly to a skirt few days ago.
I borrowed the sewing machine at school and asked for help from the kindest techer in world,Miss Tang. She is so helpful that, not only allowed me to use the sewing machine but also taught me how to do the skirt. I feel really thankful as I learnt a lot from her.
biscally I just sewed the cut end of the cloth and add a zip to the back of the skirt
so here are the processes,

at first, I have an idea of making it to be a wrap skirt,(left:photo from Rumi Needly)
however, the waist will be too small, which doesnt fit me at all, so it turns out to be kinda a "wrap skirt". like the photo below, i fix the floding place by needle.
its turns out not exactlly what I expected, but still pretty cool:)
This skit is flexible, which can be either a skirt or top, both the front and the back can be ways to wear also. it will become one of my favourite bacis item:)
Oufits featuring this skirt was shot, so stay tunned!
shooting day in Thursday!

The left behinnd

After cutting the vest, I had an idea of spendig the rest of the cloth to be a pencil skirt.
As I dont have sewing machine at home, I cant actually make a real skirt
so I belted it up with the elastic band blet, and it works somehow! it turned out a really nice classic high-waisted denim skirt, so I am considering to borrow sewing machine at school or bring it to dress alternation shop to have it sewed. And then maybe I will bleach it again or Any suggestions?

Next post will be about another simple DIY! Stay tunned!  (Yayyy I love DIY, which is my therapy!)

I have read a lot of fashion blogs, videos today, I feel really inspiried and get the motivation to keep moving on blogging, lookbooking. These are the things that can lighten my life up.I just wont give up on doing what I love and passionated about!

Another DIY Denim Vest!

Recently i was having a really bad mood, seems nothing can make me feel better but DIY.
thirfted this denim vest skirt 2 months ago wif my friend,Jamie,
and promised to have a makeover on it as her birthday present, but i was lazy and busy until Saturday.
I took it out and start DIY it,
same way i did last time(
Denim Vest<-click), I cut and bleached it,
This time i distrubuted the bleach unevenly on the vest and the result turns out really surprising!

Before

After cutting

After Bleaching(LOVEE!!)

so that it for now, next post will be about how i spent the rest of the cloth of this denim vest:)

DIY project : Studded Sneakers

This is an overdue project that i have done few months ago,
because of the dance performance ,bought this pair of fake black converse
its quite embarrassing to show those ''logo''
so i decided to re-design the shoes wif these studs that i got from my frd
spent almost 2 hours to finish that, with my fingers hurt by the extremely sharp claws
but i am quite satisfied with that
