Electric sekki A/W 2013 launch + Style Jammin' part 1

If you have read other Hong Kong bloggers' blog, you would have known that Electric sekki launched their Autumn/Winter 2013 collections. It's my pleasure that being able to visit their showroom with a group of bloggers. We have viewed all the brands of new collections and tried them on. It was so much fun during the style jamming section! Priscilla from Electric Sekki patiently introudced every ideas and story behind of different brands' collections

here's are some of my favourite items from different brands
1.The embroidered denim jacket from Kusbi, which is known for denim and the originator of skinny denim jeans. I am amazed by the idea of embroidering on denim, which brings out a great combination, chic but casual.
P.s. I have found a high-waisted denim skirt from the Vintage shop with a similar embroidered idea, how awsome, maybe I will share in the following post:)

2.Leather scalloped shorts from One Teaspoon, looks great together with other playful patterns in the collections.
3.Colour-blocked lapel leather jacket from Twenty8Twelve, absolutely a perfect match.
4.Jewelled shocking pink sweater and metallic green pants from House of Holland, a very catchy look. My eyes was catched on this look when I first got into the showroom. and I was surprised by the idea of this collections, ''The Chic grandma''. Designer used his imagination, created the collection for the grandma who want to party with well used in jewels, vintage elements and furs but still managed to stay modern. Love this collections!
Nichole Chui from The Fashion Wonton and Maddy from Style Blossom are holding their favourite pieces from House of Holland.
Sunglasses from House of Holand and Kusbi
5.Oversized funky sweater from Nanushka, I love this black and white illusion on the creamy sweater, a fun piece too wear with.
6. The green top from Chalayan Black, a Luxury brand creating high-end fashion produt. This simple green top with an unusal design: no seams on the shoulders, which shapes the body better when wearing it.

From Alwayslovefashion to the Exterior lock

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Just back from the IT party at Woobar and HKfashionbloggers 2nd anniversiary, such a eventful night!

So here, I am glad to announce that, I'm officially changing my blog's name!
From Alwayslovefashion to the Exterior Lock.
I started my blog in a really impromtu mood and I didnt think much at that moment, all I could think of was I will always love fashion, so the blog name came up in this simple way.
The reason I decided to change my blog name is that I decided to take fashion as my futrue path so I want to have a blog name that really represent me.
I've been thinking for the whole week, what's always in my mind/ what kind of person I am?
After talking to my friends, blogger Nick Chan( he actually suggested the word 'lock' for me, so thanks for that Nick:P), and my teacher.
The Exterior Lock finally came up!

Bisically, My blog is all around fashion, and I always wanna lock people's eyes on my fashion style, so that's the an exterior lock.
Moreover,I am always have a lot of negative feelings in my heart,mind...(I am a negative ion actully lol), and fashion seems the only way to make me feel better, like dressing up myself in glamor, DIY an awsome t-shirt,etc are always my sources of happiness, so that I can lock up my negativities and lock in exterior of me.

So,That's biscally it, more amendments of my blog will be done in the future.

Next very first post of The Exterior Lock will be up soon, so stay tuned!

Fake Jumpsuit(featured DIY Denim skirt part2)

So finally, the second way to wear my denim skirt is up.
Tons of Schoolwork are killing me recently, and final exam is coming so so so soon!
I will be super busy, probably gone for few weeks.
And right now what I am struggling the most is about how to balance between my study and fashion, I just kinda losing the balance.
this is so hard, its so difficult not to think about fashion, but study is what I most need to do.
What am I gonna do?I am still figuring it out:/

So back to this look, I wear the skirt as a top with the off shoulder white shirt underneath,
I think blue and white is kinda a perfect match, isnt it?
and when I was searching for a skirt to pair wif that,
the blue jeans came out in my mind suddenly, so I was like "Lets just make a jumpsuit!"
so this look came out.
and lastly, I belted the "top" with the neon green(or yellow lol?) belt to keep the waist line.
so thats it, hope you like my look:)

I did a shoot with the talented photopgrapher Javier, who is actually the friend of Caro.
